Online Counselling & EMDR

Online counselling is a great way of having therapy. There are many benefits of having counselling sessions online. 

No commute to face-to-face sessions, saving you money on fuel or public transport and saving you the travelling time. 

If you are living with anxiety, particularly if you are anxious about starting therapy, the process might be easier in a space that you’re comfortable in.

Online therapy is inclusive to nearly anyone. It is perfect for those who are geographically isolated, and a good alternative for people with physical limitations.

Counselling for Students

Being a student can be a stressful time. Maybe you have moved out of your family home into student accommodation and are living with a group of other students. Are you overwhelmed by the workload and deadlines? Talking to a therapist can help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe space. Discount is available for counselling students and all University students. Counselling sessions can be carried out either face to face or online.
